Kim Castro is the Community Resources Manager for the City of Mountain View and is an MMANC Region 1 Co-Chair. Kim serves in the City Manager's Office and leads special projects related to community and health, including the City's award winning Employee Wellness Program. She staffs a Commission and leads youth policy and strategy for the City.
