Jessica Deakyne | Novato, Marin County

Jessica Deakyne is a Management Analyst currently serving in Human Resources at the City of Novato. Jessica is a Region 2 Co-Chair and has been a member of MMANC and a Co-Chair for less than a year. She grew up in Southern California and attended the University of California, Irvine where she earned a BA in Social Ecology and California State University Fullerton for Public Administration, where she graduated with her MPA in 2013. She participated in Cal State Fullerton’s inaugural City Manager Fellowship Program and, during a long stint in transportation, had the honor of traveling to Washington DC as an Eno Fellow.
