Winter Forum Comes to Foster City

This year’s annual event is focused on Collaborating Across Communities, and will feature sessions on Emotional Intelligence*,  Managing Human and Fiscal Resources*, Creative Problem Solving, and a behind the scenes look at “the Big Event” (the Super Bowl). *Indicates Certified Government Leader (CGL) approved courses

The event will take place in Foster City, on Thursday, February 24th from 9:00 – 4:00.  Click here to register!

Winter Forum LogoIn addition to being a great opportunity to network with colleagues and learn about exciting things happening in the world around us, as with years past, the event will also honor the work of the 2015 MMANC Board, the 2015 Annual Conference Planning Committee, as well as Awards and Acknowledgements from the MMANC President and Past President.

Non-member –  $65

MMANC Student Member – $40

About Marissa King

Marissa King works in Human Resources as an Organizational Development Manager for the County of San Mateo. In this capacity, she champions Employee Engagement, Collaborative Performance Management, Succession Planning, and manages the County’s Management Fellowship, Regional Internship and Supported Training & Employment Program (STEP) for Emancipated Foster Youth Programs. In addition, she coordinates the Management Talent Exchange Program (MTEP) for the cities, special districts, and counties of San Mateo and Santa Clara County. Marissa and her husband have two bright and beautiful daughters.
