Former city manager Greg Larson (Los Gatos and Milpitas) sits down with International City/County Management Association (ICMA) State Liaison and former city manager Dave Mora (Salinas) to talk about the Credentialed Government Leader (CGL) Program. The CGL Program is a unique credentialing program supported by ICMA, the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) and the Municipal Management Association of Southern California (MMASC).
