ICMA University Instructor and Yolo County Management Analyst Jesse Salinas is interviewed by Institute for Local Government (ILG) Communications and Development Manager Melissa Kuehne and Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) Board Member Melissa Kuehne about facilitation as a platform for leadership.
