Miranda Lutzow | Oakdale, Stanislaus County

Miranda currently serves as Management Analyst/Human Resources Manager at the City of Oakdale, bringing over 15 years of varied administrative and management experience to the role. Prior to her work at Oakdale, Miranda served Assistant City Clerk at the City of Merced, and as an Assistant to the President at California State University, Stanislaus.

After graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Law & Security Administration, she continued on to earn an Honors Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice & Public Policy from the University of Guelph in Canada, as well as post-graduate certificates in Human Resource Management and Small Business Management. in 2015, Miranda earned a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from CSU Stanislaus.
